How It Works – Advanced Aerobic Fermentation Process

A fully automated closed-loop aerobic fermentation process is used to make the product. As soon as organic waste goes into the tank, the high-torque agitation system inside turns at 3.4-6rpm to make sure that the material is mixed evenly and gets enough oxygen.

Precision aeration system keeps the oxygen level between 5% and 15% all the time, making the perfect environment for thermophilic germs. As biological activity increases, the temperature inside naturally rises to 55–65°C. This kills any pathogens, weed seeds, or parasites that are inside the sealed environment.

Based on real-time temperature and moisture monitors, PLC clever control changes the heating power, the rate of ventilation, and the frequency of mixing. This closed system with a fixed temperature speeds up the breakdown of organic matter, and the 50–100 mm polyurethane insulation layer keeps the temperature stable no matter what the weather is like outside.
