With a 10.5m³ tank volume and a 9.5m³ loading capacity, Yuxing's High Temperature Fermentation Tank Model YXWSG-10 can handle large amounts of organic waste. This horizontal fermentation system works well even when the temperature outside is -25°C because it has a strong triple-layer structure with a 304 stainless steel inner shell and high-density polyurethane insulation. The HMI+PLC control system, the 18.5kW main shaft motor spinning at 5.5rpm, and the 36kW×12pcs heating array all work together to make sure that the temperature is controlled accurately and the ingredients are mixed well. With a total power of 56.75kW and dimensions of 5320x2200x2730mm, this machine can turn animal manure, sewage sludge, or food waste into stable fertilizer in just 7–10 days, and it will meet CE and ISO standards.

How High Temperature Fermentation Tank Works?

The cleaning of your biological garbage starts when the raw materials go into the hydraulic feeding unit.

The internal agitator is driven at 5.5rpm by the main shaft mixing motor. This makes sure that the material is evenly spread throughout the ¥1700×3500×1950mm tank chamber. The circulating oil pump system (L-QC320 heat transfer oil, 0.9m³ capacity) and twelve heating elements with a total output of 432kW work together to keep the ideal thermophilic conditions between 55°C and 75°C.

Built-in oxygen sensors constantly check for aerobic conditions. When the level of dissolved oxygen falls below a certain level, the PLC turns on the aeration system automatically.
