How It Works
The product uses a four-stage continuous process to maximise separation efficiency and save maintenance.
Stage 1: Material Intake and Pre-Screening
The sewage cutting pump cuts up huge clumps of raw manure slurry before putting it into the revolving drum. The 3kW motor spins the drum at preset rates, distributing material uniformly across the microfiltration screen.
Stage 2: Microfiltration and Solid Capture
While rotating, liquid flows through the 700mm perforated screen and particles build on the drum's inner surface. For full separation, the 1.8-meter drum length allows gravity and rotating force to work together.
