The industrial-grade inclined screen solid-liquid separator Yuxing's Manure Dewatering Machine (Model YXXSFL-800) is designed for high-volume livestock operations. This machine converts pig dung slurry into controllable dry particles and nutrient-rich liquid with an average processing efficiency of 13-15m³/h and a small main unit power of 3kW.

Our separator has a 1.5kW water pump working at 2800rpm and a 56rpm main unit speed to manage the worst environmental conditions. The device is 1720×1410×1505mm and operates on 380V.

Step 2: Mechanical Screening

Slurry enters the inclined screen chamber, and the revolving screw mechanism drives solids up the stainless steel wedge-wire screen. Gravity and mechanical pressure push liquid through precision-engineered holes.

Step 3: Solid Discharge

After dewatering, solids escape at the higher discharge point with 50-55% moisture. These stackable materials can be composted, pelletised, or applied directly to soil.

Step 4: Liquid Collection

Screened liquid flows into the collecting tray below. This nutrient-rich effluent can be reused for irrigation, biogas treatment, or further filtering.
