The organic fertilizer crushing machine uses high-speed impact and shearing for sticky fermenting materials.

The 900mm-wide discharge port dumps composted manure, crop straw, or bio-waste into the 1070mm-deep spinning drum. Centrifugal force from 48 high-manganese steel blades (HRC 58–62) at 1400–2800 RPM pulverizes material against the drum lining.

Our semi-wet screenless grinder minimizes fiber bridging, unlike mesh grinders. The 1.5kW discharge belt motor expels completed particles at 450mm height for smooth conveyor integration, while the 4kW rotating drum with No.4 cycloidal reducer provides continuous material flow.

Under continuous load, the dual-bearing system (2318 main + 6207 drum + F206 belt) balances the rotor. After repeated impact, material is 3–6 cm homogeneous and suitable for mixing or granulation.
